Winn-Dixie rewards Terms and Exclusions

Winn-Dixie rewards is a rewards program. Offers have no cash value. Points offers cannot be combined with any other points offers. Points are based on net purchases of eligible items and do not include Excluded Items, discounts, coupons, other credits, sales tax, and other fees. Members must be fully registered to redeem points. Points expire at the end of the 6th month from which they were earned. Offers are valid for in-store purchases and online orders placed through shop.com/winndixie.com online orders. While a Member can earn base points on purchases for items purchased through a third party delivery company, special Offers (such as the Featured offers, Percent Back Offers, Bonus Offers, and other Offers) are not valid for orders placed with third party delivery companies (such as DoorDash, Instacart, Shipt, and Uber, Amazon, etc.). Offers are non-transferable and reproduction is prohibited. Offers are subject to change without notice. All rights reserved. All trademarks are property of their respective owners. A Winn-Dixie rewards card or Winn-Dixie rewards registered phone number must be presented at time of purchase. Purchases must be made in a single transaction on eligible items. Offers may not be combined. You cannot earn Winn-Dixie rewards points or use a percent back offer for: Propane, tobacco, store gift cards, postage stamps, lottery tickets, check cashing fees; any bank variable or reloadable cards (Ex: Visa, MasterCard, American Express); reloadable and prepaid debit cards such as NetSpend & Green Dot; money orders and fees; utility payments, home phone service, Western Union, event tickets, copy or fax machine service, charitable donations, delivery charges, fund-raising activities, sales tax and other taxes; alcohol (beer, wine and liquor), where prohibited by state law; the value of any merchant discounts or coupons; taxes; or any other items not mentioned here that are excluded from earning points by law (collectively, “Excluded Offer Items”).

You cannot redeem points or use a percent back offer on gift cards. You must be 21 or older to redeem alcohol (beer, wine and liquor) offers. Alcohol (beer, wine and liquor) offers are not valid in AL, LA, or MS. You cannot use Winn-Dixie rewards points to purchase alcohol (beer and wine) in GA. Please drink responsibly. Each offer expires at 11:59 PM on a given date. Points are typically credited to your Winn-Dixie rewards account in real time or within 48 hours. Offer void where prohibited by law.

Base Points - Eligible purchases can earn one (1) Winn-Dixie rewards point per $2 spent. This equates to .5% back on eligible purchases.

Multiplier/Bonus Offers - Eligible purchases can earn a certain percentage back in Winn-Dixie rewards points on eligible purchases (total points awarded under percent back offer includes the Base Points and the percent back/Bonus Points). (Thus, if you had a 5% back in points offer and you spent $100 on eligible purchases, then you would earn $5.00 in Winn-Dixie rewards points, including all Base Points and the percent back/Bonus points.) Percent back offers cannot be used on Featured offers. Featured offers may specify a certain number of bonus points to be received (no percent back offers will be awarded in connection with a Featured offer). Eligible Featured offers purchases will also receive Base Points.
