Subpoena Requests

Please serve your subpoena to our registered agent, Corporation Service Company (CSC), via process server, certified mail, or overnight delivery method which provides the date and time, name and signature of the individual accepting service.

All subpoenas must be accompanied by the full name, title, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, and facsimile number of the person and/or entity issuing the subpoena and the full name, title, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, and facsimile number of the person to whom documents should be sent. Without this information, Company is unable to process the subpoena. Please note that Company will not send subpoena responses to any web-based e-mail addresses such as AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, or Gmail.
